Civil liability and full comprehensive (KASKO) insurance, a planned mileage allowance, 24/7 support and roadside assistance, and a personal concierge from request to return. Delivery and collection are available across the Baltics.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes — a refundable security deposit applies; the amount is confirmed when you book. A zero-liability option (€0 excess) is available as an extra.
Who may drive?
The main driver and any additional drivers named at handover, each with a valid licence and passport or ID. Age and licence minimums vary by car class — confirmed with your quote.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Lithuania — your driveway, your hotel or the airport. In Latvia and Estonia we deliver and collect at Riga and Tallinn airports. Fees depend on the location and are confirmed before you commit.
What if my plans change?
Booking modification is free. Cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking, and our concierge will always look for the option that suits you.
Can you meet me at the airport?
Yes — we deliver to and collect from Vilnius, Kaunas, Palanga, Riga and Tallinn airports. You land, walk out of arrivals, and the car is waiting at the door.
